Payment
Non-insurance payment is received as cash, check, or securely stored credit card charges through Simple Practice.

1-1 Therapy
$150 per 55 minute session (90837)
Limited sliding scale spots available ($100-$140)

Free initial 20 minute consultation

Insurance
I am in network with:                                                         -Regence

For all other insurances, please check with your insurance provider as you may qualify for out of network coverage. You are responsible to pay at the time of the service and I will provide you with the documentation needed to make a claim for reimbursement with your insurance provider.

Supervision For LMHC, LMFT, and/or ATR-P

$100-$130 for Individual 60 minute meeting

$150 for Dyad 60 minute meeting ($75 per person)

$180-$200 for Dyad 90 minute meeting ($90-$100 per person)

 Cancellation Policy for Therapy and Supervision
You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full amount of the session for missed appointments or failing to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
